1. Introduction

Welcome to Duukoe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our expense tracking application and website (the "Service"). By using Duukoe, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Duukoe. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the Service.

3. Your Account

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to it
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful computer code
  • Use the Service to collect personal information about other users
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Duukoe. We only access your data as necessary to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

6. Premium Subscription

Duukoe offers a Premium subscription with additional features. By subscribing to Premium:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your billing period
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied

7. Free Tier

Our free tier is provided as-is with certain limitations. We reserve the right to modify these limitations with reasonable notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Duukoe and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. DUUKOE IS NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR AND THE SERVICE SHOULD NOT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL FINANCIAL ADVICE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DUUKOE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, you can export your data for 30 days.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Duukoe is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
